Omschrijving:
Squids owe their name to their appearance. They have two side-facing fins on their abdomen, so they are 'arrow shaped'. Three species are fairly common in the North Sea: the Common squid (Loligo vulgaris), the Northern squid (Loligo forbesii) and the Small squid (Alloteuthis subulata). Fresh squid has a sweet taste and contains a lot of selenium. A mineral that keeps the hair and skin healthy.
